Ordinarily I'd be a bit on the rough side, yes! I find I'm not so bad now I've stopped with the 'social' smoking of rollies.

It's a weekly thing now though, we all work away and to break the week up go out once for food and a few beers, usually with a CL or EL match to watch.

Six or seven beers fairly standard, which is a bit of a worry to be honest!
