why don't they sit Anichebe and Defoe in a dark room watch videos for a week watching Quinn and Phillips creating magic on the pitch. Give them some ideas.

To be fair they already look decent together albeit after one game.

If it happens again against Hull I'll be starting to think we might have something. I bet Defoe appreciates having a bit of help.

Given Moyes' track record of asking his players to watch videos, he's probably telling Defoe to watch videos of Francis Jeffers.

They're not a couple of academy kids, they've both been round the block and then some. Just let them play their own game and develop their own understanding.

Not been able to to decide just what anichebe's problem is other than a lack of interest through being too well paid. At 28 he is in his prime and is big enough to be a nuisance to any defence. The nearest I can get is that once he has a contract with guaranteed pay then he switches off, but then Moyes got the best out of him so there is hope yet.

I think his problem was having no preseason and only playing 30 minutes of football since march when he joined the club. We picked up an unfit player for free, takes a long time to get them up for speed. He played most of his last match with a cracked rib, the doesn't show a lack of intrest to me. It shows determination to contribute even with playing a very physical style through the pain barrier.

It's important to remember that even though on his day he's unplayable, he's still a very inconsistant player. It doesn't mean he's not intrested, it means he's got a glaring fault which effects 1000s of profesionals which renders most of them as average players at best.

Honestly, going off his first full game for us I cant question his attitude at all. As said, he lacks genuine quality, because if he played like that every game he wouldn't be at Sunderland.

I remember when we used to swap Porn videos when we were kids.
The only downsides were the racket the video recorder used to make when youd try and forward or rewind a part when your mam and dad were asleep.
Youd know if the video wasnt rewound back whatever point you pressed play moments before that that must have been the scene where your mate shot his load <yikes>.
