What a very articulate young man that is. We do bring through some excellent public speakers, not to mention fine footballers.
As has been said before, Saints look at character as well as skill in both Academy lads and seasoned players. If the boys don't behave well or do their school work, they don't play (no matter how good they are). Poor old Luke struggled there.
http://www.skysports.com/football/southampton-u21-vs-crawley/367388 Cannot find any details on the OS.
This is the only reference to it I can find: https://southamptonfc.com/u23s/fixtures/2016-17 They did do an announcement at the end of the Milan game that tickets would be available but I can't see anywhere on the OS where you can buy them. May just be a case of turning up on the night.....
Up on the OS now https://southamptonfc.com/news/2016-11-08/crawley-town-tickets-checkatrade-trophy I believe that after tonights other result i.e. Colchester 1 Charlton 1 with Colchester winning 4 -3 on penalties means we are through before we play.
http://www.getbucks.co.uk/sport/football/southampton-loanee-climbs-sick-bed-12170998 Wycombe very pleased with Gape....even playing him when he is sick His loan spell up in January, but they are looking to extend the loan....their manager describing him as a revelation.
That's great news, be interesting to move him up to a Championship club to see how he gets on at a higher level
Our three U21's are all on the bench for the France friendly tonight, it should be on BT Sports One if you have it.
