Totally unproven in the role - bet Swindon fans are gutted.
Just checked Swindon's website and they do sell an adult gilet which probably sealed the deal.
He isn't even remotely close to proven in the Managers role let alone DoF role !!!

Woops remind you of anyone :emoticon-0138-think

I wouldn't be too happy with Olly and Bircham as his assistant despite their connections with the club. Clement or Big Sam would be my number one and two, in that order. Unfortunately, I don't think our owners are willing to open their cheque books to get either and the chances are, neither would come to us so we are left with the basket cases being mentioned.
The freight is proportioned to the groove

What have Swindon Town done to deserve him as DoF?

Feel sad for them what experience does he have for that role, bit like us employing Les in that position.

He says he will have the final say on team selection so I don't see how that makes him DoF, sounds like Manager to me.

10 months max before he is sacked
Swindon heading for League Two
Smug Pratt will push out the manager Luke Williams in heartbeat afterall he can only work during the transfer window

Don't like this bloke at all still claims he was a success at Spurs and Villa

If Swindon do well he'll take the credit, if they struggle it will be the manager's fault. The joy of being a DoF.

Swindon win 3-0 at home - BBC report this as Tim's success in his first game... one can only imagine the manager's thoughts...
