What is the truth behind HIAG/Saintsfan08 ?

  • They are the same person

If this is true then he's made a mistake and we can end this quite quickly. Let the mods check the IP address of Saintsfan and HIAG's "accidental" reply. We'll have an end to it, one way or the other.

What a snivelling rag you are, as it goes I was out swimming with Robby who is a long standing mate of some 20 years. My battery died and I borrowed his phone to post a pic of the water park we was at on 'what are you doing' thread how is that being a hypocrite?

... I think there is a distinct difference between a humourous joke persona such as @Granny HAIG or @Cornish Clive and the creation of a second identity in order to corroborate your own views / attack those whose views you might be contesting - particularly if that descends into farcical exchanges between those two personas in a bid to prove a point ... without judging if anyone has actually ever done this, I'm sure you would agree with the general principle?

I do. But 2 things, I'm not sure they are the same person. Secondly everything HIAG writes is meant as a joke, so if this second account is him, I'm sure he's just joshing around in his own way.

With apologies to him if I am wrong, but I think Saintsfan is a false account, just not certain it's HIAG.

But, isn't it a shame that you and others have to explain this to some posters? That said, a couple of them - the racist and bigoted among us - don't care that this is a fact, which is what I have come to accept, and which is why I no longer have any time or humour for them. Bullies, racists and bigots have to be run off this site.

By the way, SD, I am NOT Saintsfan08, and I welcome any test or investigation into the matter by any Admin or Super Mod. All I ask is that when this verdict is confirmed the Admin and/or Super Mod gets Tobes, Bambi, Skiddy, Commie and Pixie to make public and unequivocal apologies to both me and Saints, or be banned from this site for a period of time. Let me be very clear on this - I am not calling for anyone to be banned; all I am demanding is that this nonsense is brought to an end, and that I and Saints fan (as well as the rest of this board who have had to endure this **** for so long) receive our due apology from the idiots spouting this nonsense. I am suggesting that the ban be used only as a last resort.

Tedious ad Nauseum is back I see ... what is it that you don't understand in the phrase "the site's IP checker doesn't work" ? ... but let's bypass that eh? <laugh>... the fact that you keep hanging on to this and ignoring things the similarities in posting style, poor grammar (distinctive overuse of commas) likes, dislikes of certain teams / posters etc, really isn't helping your case ... <laugh>

We were told that IP address checking didn't work because people could use different IP addresses (Laptop v mobile for example) not that it didn't work. Piskie seems to think HIAG has made a mistake now, so we can test the theory.

Brb said that the IP checker give 'useless' info as this site uses a 3rd party.

Even then IPs mean nothing. My IP says I'm in Southampton, Belfast, Bristol and Dorchester. I live 175 miles from the nearest of those places.

Funny meltdown from @SpursDisciple though :)
