They were a solid pairing through the post war years but I can't see Stitfall in that picture so perhaps he was a bit later?

That makes sense....If I remember correctly, he tried to introduce football on to the curriculum of a rugby only school (unsuccesfully)Whiffle, at a guess I'd say yes, it was the same Hollyman that taught you. As a reenager he was a wonderful footballer, we all thought he'd turn pro but I can't remember what happened.
