I'd be more [HASHTAG]#worried[/HASHTAG] if Chelsea bought a proper striker

Costa is great for stats and can have all the consolation goals in defeats against us he wants
So cos he scored ina game we lost once he is no good? <laugh>
His movement and runs are superb. He is great at pulling defences apart so players like hazars can get in there.
His main downside was his tendency to throw elbows and stamp, now he looks to have cut that **** out, he is looking a great player

I agree with you, what's strange/funny is posters come on our board to tell us our glaringly obvious improvement this season means nothing, it means something to us and means our season is more enjoyable than most.
Its like posters come on here not accepting that we have actually improved as a comfort blanket for their own club's failings.:emoticon-0105-wink:

In all fairness you feckers are looking good If you don't bottle it you may stop bleating about history sooner than you think....I hope not though lol<cheers>

I see diego is drunk and argumentative again

For the record cheslea have adopted the caonte style very quickly. 3-4-3 is just what he likes. It also suits costa down to the ground cos he's now actually got genuine support from hazard and pedro.

Conte has made something out of moses and alosno looks a good signing.

This means we are seeing a really effective line up... but its only as good as the opposition let it be. Rememebr when rgoers got figured out after 10 unbeated utd shattered it and everyone followed suit.

Chelsea have pedro and hazard up there but they won't track long term. they just won't so chelsea will be weak wide and I would be targeting cahill as the donkey stuck at LCB. pull him wide and you will make a mismatch.

Don't ever let anybody tell you it means nothing, you could end up in the top 4 and play CL next season, that would mean more money in the dividends kitty for your owners :bandit:

Mate its not that your improvement means nothing just that so far, 11 games in, nothing has been won or lost.
That's all

You are right. We are yet to face a team with effective, direct wingers. This may be our weakness. But it remains to be seen.

I take it this doesn't apply to Liverpool <laugh>

Costa's goals and assists have only changed the result of 4 games this season: wins against Hull, Watford, and West Ham, and a draw against Swansea

In the big games he's nowhere

There you go again bod, whether its a one game, 10 game or a season long improvement aren't we allowed to mention it?
Its like you imagine were celebrating winning something when we're clearly not, I'd assume and not begrudge you are a lot happier with your own clubs improvement since the start of the season, ours is an improvement on last season as a whole in the league and we're on our board talking about it, nothing more nothing less.

What an utterly irrelevant and totally Astro-like stat to bring up! <laugh>
We have only played two "big games" this season, and both were before our formation change, in our game against you, we didn't turn up till half hour in. And Costa scored.
Against Arsenal everyone sucked.

Costa was also instrumental against United.
He worked his arse off in that game

To be honest, its not so much your improvement bragging I was mentioning, more your writing off of United.

Oh, well 5 of Costa's 9 goals came before your formation change, shall we strike them out too?

We've had this out with you before bod, its the rivalry, we've waited a long time to get our digs in(just like they did in the years between busby and fergie) and we're enjoying every minute.<ok>

We don't have that kinda rivalry with anyone.
QPR try to, but we see them as pretty irrelevant.
