It has really pissed me off that the British gymnast has been banned for taking the piss out of islam..Taking the piss out of religion is something that has been part of British culture and comedy for as long as I have known and this is a very dangerous president they have set with this ban..
I have just bought a couple of cycle carriers for my car so as me n the wife could go out for a drive somewhere different then take the bikes down and go for a peddle.
This by the way is her idea!!
i was thinking of the likes of the new Forest, Virginia water, Hayling Island and other places too far away to realistically cycle there and back.
So i rocks up with these racks in boxes still and pops them in the back garden ready to fit them at the weekend.
Naturally the inquisitiveness of my other half gets the better of her and she indeed asks, What's in the boxes?
Without a second thought answered its the cycle racks for us to go cycling somewhere different.
Then she comes out with the classic, "well, don't you think we should have discussed it before you went ahead and bought them"
FFS i really give up at times, now i know i defo am talking to myself.

I dunno what to make of it to be honest mate, I was laughing at the video cos the lad does a great impression, but maybe some things are best left in private.
I think Allardyce would have been sacked for the same thing, as England manager, it's one of those jobs innit, you've got ambassadorial responsibility... unlike comedians.
He's a gymnast though and not some kind of national ambassador..I think it is a dangerous step backwards..

There was an interesting debate on one of the news programmes earlier today where a Muslim representative was saying that it was only right for him to be punished for insulting Islam and that they just wanted to be treat the same as everyone else..Then a Jewish female reporter absolutely shot him down in flames by stating that the Christian and Jewish people in this country have learned to accept that their respective religions can be put under scrutiny and ridicule as part of being part of a free democratic society..I was almost cheering her on when listening to her..
