90% of our local postmen and women wear shorts all year round, even when there's snow on the ground! Apparently it started as a dare several years ago and continues to this day!
I wear shorts all year round. I do get some funny looks/comments walking the dog in the snow in shorts, my t-shirt only on the top half days though are gone, I tend to get dry skin if I let the cold get to me too much! I'm delicate like that!

I'm obviously not on trend with this, although I did wear shorts all year round until I was 10!
It just looks really strange walking down the street, most of the people today we're in coats scarfs hats gloves etc, then the occasional weird (sorry) person in shorts appears! Very odd!

It was 8c on the day I was referring to, I don't suppose it gets that low where you are?
It gets mighty close to that around this time of year but normally in the early morning (before 7am). Gets down to between 9-12C some days, and even in the day sometimes under 20 (which is brass monkey for us)
I guess you must live at altitude Thai. Just how high are you, (not drug related). I go up to Baguio (5,000ft) each Feb for our Valentine Hash and the difference from here on the coast is startling.
Would never have thought that, been to most other places in the world but never Thailand. Keep warm!!
