Growing a beard.

Yes, but it means nothing. As already stated, different devices will have different IP addresses. Logging in from different devices in different areas will give another IP address. Even turning your router off for an hour or so and switching it back on will generate a new IP on some routers. Comparing IP addresses isn't a good way to compare accounts.
Posting style is much more of a give away Saints / HIAG.
He'll be able to see the IP's used in the history of both accounts. So when you've used the same device and 2 tabs, then you'll have left a trail HIAB.
