Gove-adder and IDSS repeatedly said during the referendum campaign that farmers would receive the same level of support if we left the EU, as they were, ahem, a 'Vital sector of the economy'. Given their links to the Tory Party, I suspect that's one promise the Brexiters will keep. They'll probably get that £350m a week that was supposedly going to the NHS as well (or the bits of it that actually exist).

Tbh I do fall on the side of the miners but it stalls a bit when I think of that sleekit abomination of a Human Being Arthur Scargil.

Do you mean the ones who have already served time for manslaughter of it are due compensation for wrongful conviction?
