How long do we give him?

I'm sorry to say that AN's time REALLY is up, but who will we get in his place and whoever it is, they'll still be hampered by the inept board????
I expect McNally is laughing whilst he sips champagne somewhere on his pay off from NCFC.

Can't help feeling a sense of déjà vu harking back to the Neil Adams season - we started like a train, got derailed in the Autumn and then got a new man in to haul us back up via the play offs. Time for the new man has arrived IMO.

Cash in on Brady and buy 2 (two) cente backs and maybe some full backs and a keeper too.

I know it might not seem like it, but we have some very good players for this level, but they need to be managed right and some of the lesser players need to have less influence on the team. And yes we need a decent CB and a change of leadership on the field. I'm starting to think Maddison was really sensible beyond his years to say he wanted to go out on loan rather than staying for the car crash.

Will he want to come back if we're mid table???

This is the first time I have said to my GF: "He could actually leave his post tonight!" Either sacked, or stepping down like Adams did.

AN has confessed that the result was humiliating for both the fans and some of the team. Surely the humiliation was brought about by the attitude of some (or all) of the team? My feeling is that there are major issues in the dressing room. Perhaps there is a blame game going on in the club and feelings are running high? There is only one game I can think of where there was such a level of humiliation and that was Norwich 1 - Colchester Utd. 7?

I was a supporter of CH because I could see what he was attempting to build - with Alex Neil i can't see any development only decline and getting limited quality from probably the second best squad in this league. The fact that the team has not developed - doesn't matter that they have scraped results - they are playing well below their collective abilities. I'm not an advocate of snap decisions but he is getting so little from the players I'd be more than happy if he was told to pack his bags
