Apparently a deal could be done before the deadline, what would people think of this? I think he would be a good short term addition, although I wouldn't play him ahead of Welbeck it's important we keep a 4-4-2 formation available, Everton seem short of cash as well so it could be a sensible transfer... I'm not claiming to have any inside knowledge... just posting here what I've read on other rumour sites, seeing if anyone else has heard anything...
if he could stay injury free, he would be a real prospect, but he cant stay fit for 2 weeks at a time, shame, would have been a great player imho

Cannot see Everton letting him go anyway they have NO strikers. He could be a good addition but I doubt it will happen.
I think we were linked when Keane was in charge. Its shows how far we have moved on, but I wouldnt be that excited if we signed Saha. I honestly dont think hes better than Gyan, Campbell or Wellbeck

He is no where close to the three we have but if he is fit for the next month he can fill the bench until te others are back and then sell him in the summer. Makes sense to me we do need cover and if the big signing is in the summer this fits the bill might even make a bob or two when we sell him.
