AFC has been failing epically for about two decades, now.

That is Wenger's lasting legacy.

So in the last two decades Wenger had won 3 titles, 6 FA cups including two doubles. Top 4 every season, a champions league final and a season winning the league without losing a game. And 12 spud managers have never finished above him.

What was that you were saying about ' epic fail ' again ? :)

Considering the players he has had that's a woeful return. Whipping boys in Europe every season too. Most of Wenger's little success came at the beginning of his Arsenal reign, he just hasn't been able to adapt since 04/05. No manager will ever be remembered for consistently finishing fourth

You have never won anything so you're in no position to comment.

Portsmouth are a more successful team than you and they're hardly ever in the top division.

So you're as successful as Wigan?

I prefer to focus on the here and now, b4f. Looking back liverpool used to be the cream of the crop in world football, these days we finish above them and they are a laughing stock. Past glories are only so relevant

This is almost word for word a post that I could have posted myself!

I have consistently argued that the only reason Wenger won anything, at all, of any real note is down to the fact that he inherited George Graham's team. Wenger stood on the shoulders of a giant and took the credit for being a big man. But as the seasons wore on and Graham's influence in the squad dissipated, Wenger's failings became exposed, until he was left exposed for what he actually is - the great nearly-but-not-quite man of football.

I know that the likes of Pixie and that pea-brained Highburyal won't like to hear that, but they'll know it is true, even if they would rather eat Levy's ass before admitting it.

Wenger = Fraud and bottler

Just on this point. Last night we were forced to play Can, he's not to the level we need (currently). I know Jimmy and others worship him, but he's not mobile enough for Klopps style imo.

However, When we play a midfield 3 of Wijnaldem, Hendo, and Lallana we're devastating in midfield. It's probably been the best midfield 3 in the PL this season (I'm sure some nerd could gets stats to show that).

So yes, possibly not enough depth. But without many distractions and with those 3 playing, we're brilliant in midfield.
All 3 of them started against Burnley.

It's certainly dumb enough to have been posted word for word by yourself

You've been rinsed on this before, but seeing as you're back for more, perhaps you could have another shot at answering these questions ?

Tell me how many of the players that won the league and cup double in 2002 were signed by George Graham ?

And how many of the players than won the league in the invincibles season were signed by George Graham ?

No bottling it now :)

Still better than you now.
