Neither. He's using his Parliamentary privilege and this is old news. The FA investigated and Puncheon apologised and was fined 15k.

Seems a bit odd for this to be brought up 3 years later when Colin's just arrived at a new club. I understand the parliamentary privilege but what's the point?
