Enjoy. This Monday I will be stuck in fooking traffic trying to get to my place of current employment, just off j2 of the M5. A ****hole which every bugger seems to be going to or through on a Monday morning.

I'm sure Stick has put up Arctic Feeling a few times recently. Looks like tomorrow is the day the handbrake comes off at Pontefract. 14s into 5s.

The gamble is certainly on - now 7//2 !! A big field to contend with so shall be watching this one .... enjoy the business class flight Oddy - I shall be watering concrete ..., sometimes referred to as jet washing !!

Just the one loser for me - taking a small chance ew on 5.10 Pontefract ODEON @ 16/1 could make this prIce look very big indeed. Has now slowly dropped back on to a very winnable mark. Has been racing in much higher company this year but Has been placed in this company the last 3 times and altho this is a step down in distance for him he hasn't been seeing out his races greatly over further so the drop down could be just what he needs.

4:50 Windsor - PERFECT PASTIME 10/1

Missed the 14's on this and I don't think I'm the only one who fancies this as now into 8's in places. Former winner of the race on heavy - has soft ground today and is only 1lb above last winning mark. Worth a punt in my opinion. Being brave and gone win only.

Good luck all!!

What is Burmese doing in the 16.40 Pontefract? Beaten just 6¼l by Sheikhzayedroad last month in a G2 and only 4½l by the same horse in a G1 prior to that (when 5th to Order of St George) in a G1 and last time out ran 7th beaten 10¼l in a G1 by Quest For More. His last 5 runs have all been in group races, prior to which he won a handicap ("shaken up inside final furlong, soon clear, stayed on strongly, eased close home"). And he isn't even top weight. Surely he should walk this and you can still get 11/10 with Lads

There a couple at Plumpton that spark my interest.
In the 3pm, Killabraher Cross, based on course form and knowing it won this last year.
Then at 3.30pm, Goodwood Moonlight, as I think Brian could be a disappointment for the "red hot" Vaughan yard

( I've put a small bit on Caitie in the 2.20 at Windsor, but that's on the "system", not for the wine ... )

I would be very wary of the system without the amendments I've suggested Simon. Two 7yos in this race.
