Really impressed with some people's honesty. I tend to keep my bus pass in the same wallet as my railcard and it had fallen out of my pocket in the Bell when I went in there to have a pint before the match. I called in after the game and sure enough it had been handed in and not only was there a credit card that I keep in there still in place, but so was a £5 note that I keep in there for emergencies!!!
People can be nice. Strange for The Bell, often gets a bit rough in there. Glad you got your stuff back mate. You must have had such a panic on.
Just seen a headline that the speed of traffic across Central London is around 8 mph - in other words, slower than a horse and cart!!!! I was on the bus going into the city yesterday and the traffic was horrendous, with the queue for Chapelfield car park all the way back to the Chapelfield roundabout. I'm just glad that when I was working, I could walk or cycle to work for the last few years.
