The Nazi economy was a form of state capitalism where the state would sell contracts to multiple corporations so that they could all have a slice, which effectively led to the creation of state-sponsored cartels. A lot of these corporations that made up these cartels continued in post-war West Germany and were instrumental in the formation of the European Coal and Steel Community, the precursor to the EEC and EU.

The corporatist economic model of Nazi Germany certainly had an influence on the EU's precursor organisations. Not socially, politically or culturally of course but definitely the economic model was transferred over after the Third Reich collapsed.

Er, the British invented concentration camps in South Africa. Boers were worked to death in many cases.

They didn't invent concentration camps, it was the first time that the phrase was used. People have been concentrated in one place before, during the American civil war, Indian reservations. Could only happen since the invention of machine and other rapid loading guns as you can't guard a much higher number of prisoners with a sword .
The Boers weren't worked to death. They were only open a couple of years and the deaths were caused by dysentery and other illnesses caused by people being packed together in unhygienic conditions.w which was shameful and lead to Disraeli demanding their closure.

Weren't many of the holocaust victims killed by the typhoid epidemic?

No. A lot of concentration camp inmates were but the overwhelming majority of the holocaust victims were killed in camps built for that purpose, all in Poland, the concentration camps in Germany though diabolical were not built with the sole purpose of killing people, or shot in mass executions in the USSR.

The male POWs were. The women and children were the ones who starved to death and died from disease.

You said yourself that "a lot were", so I will leave it to you to argue the difference between a lot and many. If you want you could tell people how many died of the various diseases infections etc for them to decide if that is "many".

Really? Any links to this, numbers etc...? Names of British companies involved innthe construction ofbthese camps, the work done on their behalf...?

No doubt you ascribe to the alternative/contrary narrative that there wasn't a Holocaust. It was a Holohoax and any deaths were purely unintentional.

You can look up the figures and contrast them to the number killed deliberately, they are available.

Around 20,000 Boers and Black Africans were worked to death as POWs. A lot of them were sent to St. Helena.

But .I know he is talking bullshit. People died, of disease mainly,as I said, but his assertion that Boers and blacks were worked to death in concentration camps by British companies like people were under the Nazis is incorrect. You and he are the ones who need to do a bit of research.
