If you do it will be SWEET revenge for you if the Mackems go down ay?

In an ideal world <ok>

Got to admit that from a neutral perspective, I hope Boro and Sunderland stay up with Newcastle getting promoted. Providing I'm not down the Lane or going to an away match, I like watching derby games so the Tyne & Wear, Tees & Wear and the Tyne & Tees derbies would make for good viewing. There'd actually be a **** load of derbies in a season if that happened:

The NLD
London derbies between us, Chelsea, Arsenal and West Ham (if the latter survives <laugh>)
Manchester
Merseyside
North West (Pool & Utd)
Tyne & Wear
Tyne & Tees
Tees & Wear

Very decent.

But it becomes meaningless.

When I was young, if someone said they were a "company director" ,
I was impressed. But when I went freelance and had to operate as a
ltd company, you realise that for a few quid anyone can become a
director of a ltd company.

If you are an company director at Apple etc, fine. Otherwise, meh.
Similarly so IMHO for "VP" .

Oh, I totally agree with you but I see this title-chasing bull with even people I consider rational and intelligent. Everyone I know, other than me, is either manager, director or "head of". I've asked a bunch of them what their jobs involve on a typical day and all just say "forwarding and sending emails". Erm, ok! I do that alongside actually doing productive stuff. Basically they're just ego-boosting titles I think.
The job I have now is the first one where I've really had access to what the CEO (for example) does on a daily basis and its not sitting around sending ****ing emails.

Agreed. A derby match always adds a bit of "spice", makes for good watching.

By the way, neither us nor the mackems give a toss about boro. The don't enter the equation at all regarding Derby games.

Very impressive! Couldn't do that if it was attached to my foot with elastic!! <laugh>

Hope we can get 6 points from our two away games.A couple of the other teams at the top look like they've got 6 easy home points!!!

JJ has interviewed Pochettino for the episode of the BBC PL show that
is going out tonight (October 12) . The BBC website had a snippet where
he said it is too early to be talking about Spurs for the title + his usual
Narrative (TM) killing stuff (the "project" etc) .
