As MITO said, Swansea did to us what we do to others. It's why I still think Can comes straight into the team as the deepest CM because he won't be bullied off the ball when pressured.

Looked Coutinho dropped deeper when Lallana went off, and he looked good for it.

Clyne has been poor defensively all season and has been involved in a lot of goals conceded - not sure if it's down to him supporting the attack more. I may be being harsh but he's not great defensively and he doesn't do much on the ball as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we look for competition down that right side.

It may be his first test but thought Karius was awful today. Everything which he was good at seem to go out the window - usually confident with the ball at his feet, very decisive when coming off his line and also attacks aggressively. But as with most young keepers, I hope Klopp persists and let's get used to the league.

Don't be daft. Agree with the rest though.

Do you honestly think Swansea would get awarded a penalty like that?

It was not the first time a ref has robbed us against a big club in the PL this week! ...of course I can "deal with it." Supporters of smaller clubs learn quickly it's just the way things work in the PL.

Perhaps your players should learn not to shove forwards in the back just as they are about to shoot one-on-one with the keeper then. Last season he'd have got sent off for that too.

It's paying off though. In all seriousness you have to admit smaller clubs rarely get the rub of the green regarding refs decisions.

Ki got away with stamp on Mane right in front of the lino. As said, Rangel would have got red-carded last season for shoving a player in the back on the six yard line just as they were about to strike the ball 1-on-1 against a keeper. And, most importantly, Fer's leg (with which he'd be considered to be able to score - he did) was in front of our last defender when the ball was initially headed towards him. True, it was very close, but it was a decision where you most definitely got the 'Rub of the green'.

You mean this Mane?

So you think because Fer was nearly offside we got the rub of the green?...and that's after getting gifted the win by a penalty for your second dive.

He wasn't 'nearly' offside - his leg was in front of our last defender, and that IS offside. The pen was perfectly valid; you can't just shove a player in the back as they're about to shoot, no matter how desperate and embarrassed you are that you've just royally ****ed up a clearance. As to the stamp right in front of the lino that you want to deflect; well that's the point about officials decisions that you're whinging about - right in front of the lino who gave you the 'rub of the green' by pretending that he didn't see anything, the total liar.

So you honestly think you should have had two penalties, Ki sent off and Fer's goal disalowed. You must feel robbed. Messing up a clearance does not warrant a penalty, there has to be a foul. If I were you I'd be happy with winning the game from a dodgy penalty and move on.

You need to read the matchday threads on here more often, it's nothing against Swansea, they think every team they play should get 3 or 4 red cards and 2 or 3 penalty's against them

Well Mane's stamp on Amat, that's a red card right there yes?....or is it different rules for a 'big' club?
