There's no British managers worth having South gate is a useless buffoon and hoddle is a born again fruitcake who believes all disabled people are being punished for their sins in a previous life.<doh>

Ancelotti would be my choice but he's probably not available or iinterested.

Game has moved on so far from Glenn 's era !

I think he keeps up with it. He's a 'student of the game'

As to his beliefs; as I put earlier, he's entitled to them as everybody is. He should have kept them to himself.

TBH, it was quite a few years ago, I've no idea whether Eileen Drury is still around even.

It just seemed clear that the FA wanted an English manager, which is why they hired Fat Sam. There ain't too many choices around who are up to the job.

Fossey, has the Villager of proverbial twats some how brainwashed you ?
Here my friend....... take two of these every four hours as prescribed <laugh>
... I honestly believe him to be the only candidate with the right credentials... he's a bit bonkers admittedly...but he is usually spot on with his game analysis as a punter ... so is Jamie Carragher mind ... but he has no managerial experience and a foreign speaking manager brings it's own complications... :)

Every time I see him on the box, I think 'Can you understand one ****ing word he says?'

Answer is usually, No! <laugh>

Tbh, I think Southgate will get it, assuming he doesn't **** up the next 4 games.
