It's all in The Torygraph, mate. You'll find it on line. Fat Sam being less than complimentary to Woy and agreeing to cut deals to put more money in his pocket, etc.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...ation-england-manager-sam-allardyce-for-sale/ For those who cannot, or would rather not see, Twatter.
Big Sam is a playa. Bit of a geeza. Why am I not pissed off? All this money and greed etc. It is one of the backbones the game is built on nowadays. I'd be bothered if any of this affected me. As in because of these kind of things my game tickets are not as cheap as they should be etc. The fans never benefit so a part of me chuckles when the FA get played. Sam should smoke weed not drink. He would then be wised up and aware that these kind of traps could catch him out...but no he's too pissed to notice. Rookie error. You Booze, you lose.
Yeah ok Matthew..I saw the OP. That's 6 threads in 5 days and counting. This one is valid though...so we call it 5 in 5. Hope your well today Matthew, good morning.
Why don't they just stick Neville in charge? Yeah he wasn't great at Valencia, but he still did as good as anything Sam has ever done, plus he already knows the set up and the players. And he isn't a giant ****ing cock like Sam Allardyce.
oh dear, you don't know a lot do you? turned Bolton into a European team, Newcastle and Blackburn both dropped down the league and were relegated after he was sacked, and he did a great job at West Ham until Sullivan started to constantly undermine him. Neville? He took Valencia, a CL team, close to the relegation zone
personally I would've loved to see what he would've done with Payet, Lanzini and Antonio, all the great work he did with the Hammers defence has been undone in half a season by Bilic.
Big Sam offering to give foreign investors advice on how to skirt round the FA rules on 3rd party ownership is an absolute howler. Within weeks of him being give his 'dream' £3m a year job and before he'd even overseen a game in charge, he's meeting with randoms in a public bar sorting out a £400k sideline that totally compromises his position as National manager. What a stupid, greedy ****er.
how does agreeing a 400k deal for after dinner speaking compromise his position as national manager? And his way of 'skirting' the 3rd party ownership seems to be to buy the player outright. It's a hurricane in a thimble, witch hunt in process
3rd party ownership is the subject of a Worldwide FIFA ban, he was giving advice on investors as to how to continue the practice which then would yield a substantial return when the player was sold on and their share was cashed in. If you can't see how that might compromise him as the FA's National Manager, then you need to take your blinkers off mate.
I think you need to read what he actually said, rather than the highly sensationalized twisted version. And if you seriously think that 3rd party ownership of players has stopped you're deluded, they're called agents now, think kia Joorabchian & dimitri seluk.
