You have intelligence decide for yourself and stop relying on things like memri tv and answering-islam sites! This is becoming pointless because like I said you are not interested in learning but debate for the sake of it and even when you do get the answers from, because its not the one you are interested in so you will look for another angle.
Nonsense. I asked different questions to the one you initially answered, so I was content to let you decide where it went. I'be only really asked questions, and you'be chosen to be selective and evasive in what you've answered. If I'm left to decide for myself, the only conclusion can be that the koran is vague, so most likely to be the work of man.
I am still not sure where I have chosen to selective or evasive, if you still believe that highlight it please.
Your first reply in this exchange focused on something I'd posted purely as an example to elaborate on one of a number of questions asked, and that were not answered. I've not 'demanded' answers to those, and still don't. I'm happy to explore where it goes.
You accused me of being selective and evasive, which I haven't been at all. The questions your asking I am happy to answer and have done so, but the point I am making is where you are talking about multiple version of Islam and I have simply explained many times there isn't, just because people have opinions on the subject doesn't make it another version. The information you are heavily relying on or the source shall I say is mainly based on anti-islam in the first place and I have pointed out their selective reading or information spreading to you, if you insist on them being your primary source for information then you will learn or understand very little of Islam. One question outside of Google and internet, have you actually read up on any subjects of Islam?
By accident or design, you have been evasive as you haven't answered all questions asked, as you claim. I'be read a lot of sites, mainly pro-islam sites aimed at correcting misconceptions. They tend to conflict in their answers. I'be not claimed their are two versions of the koran in its current form, that's a misleading claim on your part. I'be claimed there are different interpretations, which is true. It's also reasonable to claim that there were other versions produced around the time of this koran, as Islamic scholars discuss why the current one was favoured.
Ok, if I have missed a question out let me know which ones, I haven't intentionally evaded or been selective all the ones I have answered were fully. I know you are talking about the interpretations and I have explained there are tafsir of Qur'an and those are meanings according to those scholars, but there is nothing stopping anyone from learning the language and studying for themselves and Islam actually pushes people to learn and ponder themselves, there is no Popes in Islam. When you say there were other versions produced around the time of this Qur'an, do you mean to say other versions of the Qur'an? if so please show me the source where you are getting this information from.
Cheers, I just don't want to be one of those hot headed Muslims and claim he is being islamaphobic, I want to him to have an understanding if that is what he is after but if he is after rhetoric and point scoring then people can see for themselves. There are more things the unite people as human beings then divides, regardless of their faiths.
I've linked to the questions several times. I'm not pressing for an answer, merely pointing out that your claim of answering everything isn't correct. http://www.not606.com/threads/eid-mubarak.335895/page-8#post-9702826 You say there's nothing to stop me learning the language, which is true, but then surely I'd only be debating the same points in a different language, or the English versions of the koran are invalid, and therefore only those of that particular, narrow Arab dialect can truly understand a book that was designed to clarify things, which strikes me as an odd move by an almighty.
**** off sad sack, the only game is trying to understand, and explore. I've readily admitted earlier in this thread that I had a fair bit wrong, and I've learned a lot so far. Don't judge everyone by your own cowardly, hypocritical standards.
You've proved yourself a liar, a hypocrite, and a bigot, may times over. For all to see. For you to be falsely accusing others of your own numerous and blindingly obvious faults, is hypocrisy at its finest!
Nah, that's just you once again making claims of proof you can't back up. You however are a self confessed bigot, and a demonstrable coward, hypocrite and bully. You have no interest in this thread, other than tying to chuck mud at me. It's missed again and is left covering you.
Do you ever actually do any work, btw? Or are you one of those on benefits, that you claim to hate so much ?
