My first away was Millwall..Lambert scored in 90th min only for the Lions to go to the other end and equilise! Day was most notable as Fonte's debut! Otsembor and Seabourne also made debuts that day
Staying at the Hotel Duomo on Via General MacMahon. Who is this General MacMahon, some yank liberator from WWII I guess? Not far from the stadium anyway.
Believe it or not, he was an Irishman who became President of France in the 1890's. No idea about the Milan connection though.

I have not just given up on a ticket in the away end here. My family have somehow got 4 all inclusive packages courtesy of UEFA. Flights, hotels, stadium tour, hospitality, in the tunnel, meet the players, the whole lot.
What I am saying is, you should all feel very sorry for me.

If you don't mind a change in Munich (only an hour), there's still some very cheap (considering it's 3 weeks away) flight & hotel packages from Southampton available from weds-fri.
Old age happens to the best of us, thought it was in the clock end for some reason, just looked to see what year and the article said it was 2-0 as well
