A mate of mine has 3 for 3 different leagues. Work, mates and family.

I'm in a league with about 30 people, I was 6th one year but usually finish in relegation zone because like you say it is easy to lose interest
This **** is never off it, checking injuries, form of players, who's came back from international duty from farthest away etc.
