They won the league with 2 games to spare. Doubt very much they took their foot off before then. We certainly took our foot off for the last game.

Just because a sides form starts to fail does not mean they have taken their foot off. QPR were brilliant in the first 2 thirds of the season, but they did not match that in the latter stages and we closed the gap considerably. I really don't think there was an awfully big gap between the sides. They didn't manage a goal, let alone a win against us in our 2 games with them taking only 1 pt. Even in that game we should have had all three. Wes missed a penalty at Loftus Road.

The Fear Ipswich fans have most, and I've learnt this through talking to them, is Norwich stay up and Ipswich have yet another "Ipswich season" and do **** all. In their minds we are still catchable and these new signing will do the trick. If, at the end of the season Norwich are in the Prem and Ipswich are outside the playoffs, it's over for Ipswich.

I believe we will stay up and do a teeny bit better, mid-lower table. Looking at the clubs in the championship can't see ipswich getting a playoff place. Unless they have a "Fluke-Season" that is.

I think its fair to say we get stronger as the season goes on. If we're out of the relegation zone come Christmas, I would put my mortgage on us staying up!

how is being bitter associates to us having a conversation about how poor we think you will do? **** sake do we have to come on here and pat you on the back on every single post!
we are just having a grown up conversation (until superman threw his rattle down) about how we think you will struggle and how poor last season was in the championship.
 
Guru you must realise that its ok for the Budgies to slag us off but they don't like it when we come back with a few home truths for them! <ok> We must be bitter! <laugh>

We only pretend to hate each other really ..... They have achieved more over the years but we are way better at present. Every debate we ever has will come down to these two factors...
