I got FIFA 17 early and whilst it's a good game, certainly an improvement on the last one, I've noticed some things regarding City.

Huddlestone still has an afro, despite it being nearly three years since his haircut. Also, the default squads for City don't include ANY of our new signings. No Marshall, no Henriksen, no Mbokani, no Keane, No Weir and no Mason. I guess that means if you plan on doing a Career Mode with City you have the freedom to buy any player you want. I started a Career Mode and looked at the prices of our deadline day signings and Mason is only £3 million, Keane £700k, Weir £200k, Henriksen £5 million, Marshall £3 million and Mbokani isn't even on the game. I think that's because his parent club is Dynamo Kyiv and the Ukrainian league isn't on the game.
 
uhm.. when you start a new career mode there's an option for Squads Used - "Download Latest" This will give you our current squad.. with the new signings and loans etc.. also it usually included the last formation we played along with the starting line up.

Yeah, I know, that's why I said City's 'default' squad, not the weekly squad download. The thing I found strange was that a lot of other PL teams who signed players late on in the transfer window are at their new clubs in their default squads but only City's aren't it seems.

EDIT: just checked on SoFIFA and the default squads on FIFA 17 are marked on the '25th August' and the most recent squad update was '20th September'. Now it makes sense why none of our players are in the default squad as we signed them all after the 25th.

Nowt beats FIFA 98 World Cup, ISS 98 or FIFA 2004 for me.

Prefer PES now. Though don't play either that much, rather just go on FM.

you are nearly right as Fifa RTWC98 was the best and most definitive Fifa of all time Faqut.
tackling was perfect , button response was also at its best , after RTWC EA started adding extra frames of animation with each update which slowed response time down . . . ok you get used to it and it looks betterererer but RTWC was the game that had the least WTF moments . . . oh and you got 5 a side.

I was the very last year of Riley :) from what overhead on Htgod and here ... It was a complete she'll of the stool in the 50s n 60s tho
