The first equaliser really annoyed me, because it came from a defender trying to hit a long clearance, when not best placed to do so, resulting in the ball going straight to a Leicester player, 25/30 yards out, who crossed for the goal.
The first team also do this, when row Z would be a better option.
There was a period of pressure against us, against Swansea, when Bertrand won a header on the touchline, and instead of hitting it into touch, and allowing the defence to reorganise, he nodded it infield and set up a Swansea attack.
I'm not saying always hit it into the crowd, but when a player isn't perfectly balanced/positioned to ensure finding a teammate, maybe the crowd is a better option.

The head groundsman at St Marys mops his brow. It's the fourth game in eight days at the home of football as Saints u23s host Spurs tonight.

The team is likely to be similar to the one which played Leicester on Monday with Reed and goalscoring hero Hesketh in line for first team bench duties at the publicly funded stadium of London.

Saints top the PL2 (U23) table with 4 wins, 1 draw and a loss....and a respectable 5th in the U18 table (only 3 points behind Arsenal who top the table and who we play next).*

* have to point out that we have a GD of +1 compared to +13 for Arsenal.

So if we beat them 7-0 we go top? Easy
