I note that the loud mouth who was all preseason and first two weeks of this season on about how klopp over trains players and was bound to have an injury crisis has shut up.

Raymond Verheijen, (former Wales assistant manager) was making hay telling all that would listen that klopp was too intense in preseason had too many game and was bound to have players broken...yet... hmmm silence now we are running further, working harder and playing better than we have in 7 years. could it be klopp was right and the hack that was just a bullshitter had no clue?

Like ok we've had a few but if we look at the injury table right now Klopp has dealt with firmino, coutinho and others properly and not played them if they are not right. The difference between ings and lucas and can who all missed preseason in different ways and they guys who got a full one is stark.

right now really we only have gomez on the injury list we know of for a long standing issue. while other clubs like everton or sundelrand have lots of injuries... bangs, knocks, pulls, strains etc. A lot of that is luck but i just think klopp knows what he wants and when to push players and so far he's had it easy enough with one game a week to manage it in too... so... the mouth piece needs to be highlighted and all mouth and stupid IMO.

He was on talksport this morning spouting the same about spurs and pochettino

I note sky have done a bkt of an odd article on their app.

They do try very hard to have a utd article every day no matter what but this one was what the **** is mourinho on.

And i thought it unfair <laugh>

They ask him what do they expect from wayne rooney as no 9.

He says goals.

The hack nearly falls over in shock and mourinho says goals..

So... like.. if you play a guy as striker and you dont expect a goal out of him... well why pick him at all... pretty stupid sky hack imo.

I saw the BBC led with a picture of Suarez holding his teeth with Chellieni (sp) in the background holding his shoulder today

yeah why does football punish violent behaviours differently.

totally ridiculous given the length of bans handed down and frankly.... the amount of pure scum moves in rugby that get little enough relative punishment

Guardiola insists he will not pick midfielder Yaya Toure again until his agent apologises for comments about his omission from the CL squad

What are the legal implications here?

Reminds me of me getting banned from the Man Utd board because of a post by Gerrez <whistle>

Anyway why should Yaya be punished for someone else's words. Could he have his contract terminated for constructive dismissal (assuming he can sort out a deal for the same wages somewhere else)?

He's in the last year of his contract so they won't go via the courts to try and terminate his deal, they'll just wait until Jan when he'll be allowed to leave on a free, if he waivers the last 6 months of his deal.

Him and his agent are bad news anyway. Best thing Guardiola has done this summer is stop using Yaya Toure, it means they aren't playing with 10 without the ball like they were with Toure in the side.

It's a bit **** not picking a player because of what his agents done imo. I suspect it's just an excuse really.

Or maybe that's why Sakho is out in the cold. Anyone gets tabs on his agent?

He was half arsed in his prime, now at 33 and overweight he's MLS fodder.

Are there any other foreign managers who've had 3 goes in the PL like Mourinho has?

His novelty wore off ages ago and any 'surprise element' in his tactics or managerial style has been well sussed out. None of that offers any reasons why the current players under his stewardship aren't 'getting it' or performing of course. Maybe they're not as impressed with him as he'd like them to be..

If you're allowed to spend as much as he's always allowed, you shouldn't need a surprise element!

Too early to write him off yet imo mate.

What the Chelsea players did to him last season - as reigning League Champions - was absolute scandalous. Whatever went on behind the scenes that level of tanking was truly shocking given the season that preceded it.

They started well, have now had an early season wobble, but they'll still be in the mix as the season wears on imo.

Definitely too early to write him off (especially whilst clubs keep giving him £200m+ to spend) but his legacy as definitely taken a battering.

Watching match...United should have been 3 up at least even without the gift..

Still a **** load of aimless balls to no one. Rooney still playing in concrete boots.

And that Romero challenge at the end is exactly why I think keepers are over protected. Runs all the way out to the 18 yard line and while he gets the ball over the head of the jumping defender he clatters into the back of him full tilt...

Reverse that situation on the 6 yard line and it's a foul against the keeper every time...
