Journal says he's keen to join our club, any truth in it or just the usual media crap?
 
It could be all sorts of things given we're talking about a football transfer deal. I think they tend to have guys with links to different agent agencies across Europe. i.e. he'll have his agent but then Barry could be their contact here. this is not uncommon to have several people adding a bit on to the deal. The club have simply cut him out the deal by going direct to the agent over there. He could be either bitter or just trying to get more out of us on Barnettas agent behalf. Its all part and parcel of it. He could also be telling the truth. Who cares he'll either arrive or he won't, we're not really bothered what he earns or the what the deal entails. To be honest I don't even care if it is a "fake" bid by the club. The end result is the same, they'll either have got people in or they won't. If they don't its their fault and they've failed cause its their job to and excuses like "we've tried" mean nothing. If they don't get people in its either because they're inept at their job or they haven't wanted to.
 
Barnetta is top quality. Don't let the fact that both of his goals against England were the result of cock-ups put you off.


Again though, why would he give up Champions League football with Leverkusen to join a midtable Premier League side?

I'm gonna stick up for the Barry's of this world. I met one who works with a mate when we were out watching a band on Saturday and he turned out to be an A1 fella. I think the Barryism needs to stop now before it gets out of hand.

This is how racism started. A group of people start to pick on a particular group, one guy stands firm and he shot down or burned. Racism then spreads. I see this Barryism as a serious threat and I won't back under your threats OT. Haha.
