No it's looking at the future of our club, if we can develop younger lads into the squad then it's a great thing. TAA looks a talent Randall does not.

Derby struggling for goals this season so hopefully we'll keep a clean sheet ...

Liverpool have a laugh as Jurgen Klopp leads EFL Cup preparations... but two key forwards are absent
Outcast Mamadou Sakho seems to be enjoying life on Merseyside despite a lack of game time
Roberto Firmino, who missed the Reds' 2-1 win over Chelsea, and Daniel Sturridge were both missing ahead of the Reds' clash with Derby
Liverpool are back in training ahead of their EFL Cup clash with Derby on Tuesday night.
And Reds outcast Mamadou Sakho certainly appears to be over his rift with boss Jurgen Klopp .
Despite not featuring for the Merseyside club this season Sakho was pictured with a beaming smile during training.
However a couple of notable absentees came in the form of Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino.
The Brazilian Firmino missed Friday's 2-1 win over Chelsea with a groin strain, while Sturridge was taken off before the hour mark.

Karius
TAA Klavan Lucas Moreno
Can
Woodburn ???
Origi Ings Ejaria
Something like that.

hope not this is our single most realistic chance of a cup...

Klavan if fit and moreno will play. Karius should. After that.... there could be more familiar faces than shown above.

however i do think perhaps Ejaria will be on bench.

At a stage we may need to play a stronger team, this time we must rest some players. Game against Hull is a must win game.
Hull are coming to frustrate us at home on Saturday.
Hull are playing away on Wednesday 21 against Stoke.

It would be a risk but it's also a decent team with experience and youth, In reality I'd expect a few more familiar faces and younger lads on the bench.

I have read many comments on sites, not only this one... where some thought of rotation is being given.

what did klopp do last time out... how early is it in the season.. .do we have European football..

simples.

played first team, every early, nobody is tired, no we've no midweek ball.

I cannot see us play a seriously weakened side in this game.

As i think non what klopp might do... I could see both full backs changed and the keeper but i don't see too many other changes. Midfield is doubtful unless can comes on form bench and coutinho ought to start this one having wandered off bench last game.

why would klopp do anything else? thoughts?
