Completely outclassed Swansea today. Romeu and Davis were excellent and Tadic was unplayable for the last 10mins of the first half and the whole second half. Well done to Puel as well, made the subs at the correct time.

Good point re Puel and the subs. He's been criticised for waiting too long at times this season, thought he got both the timing and personnel spot on today.

Austin's hold up play could be better than Pelle's I reckon. He's constantly aware of runners coming into him, played some really nice touches back to Davis.
Hopefully he can stay fit, keep getting game time and really kick on. I can't help but love him!

Said it before, if he can stay fit, I'd have him over Pelle all day Shane Long.

Just looked back over the results so far and apart from the Manure game, the team seem to be pretty solid. We haven't been battered like Stoke and others.
So results not great at first but we are slowly and steadily improving. Even Lester are only mid table. Positive, positive, positive.

But the point is, that there really shouldn't be a debate just yet.

Well.... it is a football forum, so I don't mind the debate even if it can't be settled. But I get your point. Speculating is one thing, but there were people acting like they already knew Puel was a failure when they didn't (and still don't).

He may have, but there will be a lot of bookings a game if they book someone looking for a foul. He got caught, he should have just stepped on him as there was no other way to avoid a collision.

He did step on him. Foul the other way if anything.
