Spanky spanky spanky.!!! Another spanking on the way for you boys I think.! When you drop down next season, you should manage a few draws at least.
Moyes is a joke, as is your club.!!
6 in a row
9 undefeated
relegated twice in about 7 years.

A few wins and it's nice to see you have found your voice and got your bravado back. You'll be telling us we haven't even got an airport, next <ok>

Thats what we need to do but ... no more negative realism from me
KTF and owauw or OAU - <cheers>it does'nt matter but always expect the unexpected both good and bad:1980_boogie_down: <doh>
Negative people often say that they are being "realistic" when they say negative things - why is that? it annoys the hell out of me.

I am being realistic in that I am a positive person generally. I think positively and have a very positive mental attitude about most things - particularly football.

(I'f I've mis-read your post I apologise)

Wandy is off his bonce man.

More up and down that Jordans knickers, when Dwight Yorke was in town.

It was'nt negative or mean't to be - I'm not a negative or opinionated fan Maybe I'm too emotional at times. But at the end of the day a Sunderland fan for over 53 yrs and have seen high & low times but not much silverware -I'll always KTF

Just thought your term "negative realism" meant that - apologies

Just had an argument at work with a negative! He actually used the term "I hope we stay up this season, but only so the mags can come and hump us 7-0"

Told him he doesn;t support Sunderland then as no-one who supports the club would say that! (He's also an "I'm always right" nobhead

Everton are masters at winning free kicks and drawing fouls and they took full advantage of a weak ref.especially first half when they were not firing on all cylinders. Barry gives a master class in professional ref conning every game, I would love him here mind, the Barry / Rodwell exchange plus profit, although not a direct comparison, was up there with the Dozy / Defoe swap imo.

Criticism of the team is sometimes justified, just put the counter argument up if you care to, its called debate.

I'm not talking about a debate. I'm talking about people who think being negative is being realistic. Two completely different things. I don't like negativity but my point here is that it annoys me when someone says they're being realistic when they're pulled up on being negative

My Team:

--------------Pickford---------------
Manq----Kone----Papy-----PVA
-----------------Jan------------------
---------Catts-------Ndong-------
Januzaj---------------------Khazri
---------------Defoe---------------

Think that's just about our best first team personally. Leave Watmore, Gooch & Rodwell on the bench.

Not got a good feeling about this one unfortunately.

But surely realism can be either positive or negative depending on the situation? For me it's down to two things, how reasonable the argument is, for example that **** about treating Rodwell like an academy kid sending the lad out of loan to the lower leagues when he's been improving, for me, was negative and completely unreasonable. Secondly how the person saying it tends to lean. (Be it usually over negative or over positive).
