Nah...but you seem to have an opinion that the current one is no good, so fair question to ask......

Bruce, yeah not a bad shout, knows the division, right age bracket and probably in the right price range.

Warnock, now you're having a laugh......IMO........a dinosaur akin to Redknapp.......I suppose you'd be happy with a 4-6-0 set up that he had us playing for those 4 or 5 games last season?

Tramore i always get behind the team but when JFH sends out a team that is clearly not up for a challenge then i will want to know why?. I won't sit around and accept it or postpone it hoping it may get better.

Don't have a problem with that Ellers, but I asked how many points out of the 7 games you listed would be acceptable, after all you said yourself that you're prepared to give him until the end of October......

I'll come clean and say I'm not in the JFH Out camp yet, this will take time to get from the mayhem caused by Fernandes, Hughes, Redkanpp, Beard to a club that is on a sound financial footing and with a team that can challenge to get back in the top flight, if that's what everyone aspires to. There is no quick fix and there may be more days similar to last night, but eventually it will improve.

Have to say that last nights selection was head scratching and why he didn't change things around at HT I doubt we'll ever find out even though it was obvious to all there that things were likely to get worse........who'd be a manager eh?

I don't think Jimmy is up to it but my bigger argument is that the club seldom choose the right manager.
Warnock had us playing some great stuff when we won this division and I don't think we'd have lost 0-6 last night with him in charge.
You seem to be quite aggressive in your defence of JFH.
I hope he keeps you happy.

I would take between 10-12 points as long as they play as a team and are committed. The problem with the list of teams is that we play both Fulham and Brentford and if we fail to turn up in both games then i expect trouble for him

Opinions eh Col? Aggressive in his defence...moi?

This is what I posted in a reply to Ellers above....

Agree about the great stuff we played when we won the division but that was 6 years ago, built around an experienced spine of players and with a once in a lifetime maverick.......we don't have that now.......

True we probably wouldn't have lost 0-6 last night with Warnock in charge, but then again we might not have lost by that amount with Redknapp or Hughes or Di Canio in charge, then again maybe we would with Di Canio!!!!!!

At the end of the day a change of manager now is not whats required 7 games into a season, if he loses the next 7 then it'll be time to reconsider and you may get your wish.......and no doubt you'll be chuffed.

OK. I'm really pissed off, now.

NOT A WORD from Tony. Not even a "I'm shocked and I am sorry fans" Twit.
May be he is truly shocked that we could get historically spanked like that with this manager he chose.

    Lemme say this:
Don't get me wrong. I am all for giving managers some time and a chance. If that is what we have to live with until Christmas, fine.
But I won't sit here and accept our poor results, if we continue this way, if JFH does leave us, and after a few years, he becomes a decent manager
elsewhere, and whilst looking back, says that his time at QPR gave him a stern learning and that's what helped him become a better manager, while we suffer relegations and failures.
I can't sit here and accept that we gave somebody with no
prior experiences near the top flights a platform on which to hone his skills. That is not who we should have as manager, right now. We should have a proven, decent manager with some higher tier football experience who knows how to run the systems.

I don't think JFH is it. Regardless of results from here until Christmas, we should get rid of him and bring in somebody with more experience. Playing at the top level and managing an organization are not the same things.

I didn't see the game but know JFH started Perch in midfield to protect our right side defense. Then I read Perch did well until he had to go off early, and only then did it really fall apart. Sounds like JFH got that one right at least based on that?

Many other questions are not answered though like where was Sandro?

We seem to have tried every type of manager - motivator, tactician (yes Hughes does have that reputation), coach, experienced, novice and all are classed as failures.

I'd say the main variation we haven't tried is giving someone a length of time in charge. Surely that's worth a go? There would be some veritable ****e served up along the way but I'd prefer a longer gamble than these 11 month ones that just seem perpetually destined to fail (on some widely held criteria or another).

Everybody wants the best for the club so I can understand people's frustrations. Please give it some more time folks. Remember how we all felt a few weeks back when we were top of the league? Things can change quickly - both ways.

Agreed ................. I think the result confirmed that we can expect to be in this division for some time.
If we were promoted, we'd get smashed week after week.
Nah, we know what level were at and it ain't PL standard by a long shot.
Better lock in the Championship for another year or two, at least.

    There you go again......chuffed?!!
Of course I wouldn't be chuffed to see us get through yet another manager and I don't think I've actually called for that.
We're stuck with him, but I don't think he's up to it.
The club seldom appoint the right man for the right reasons imo.
I truly hope he proves me wrong.

Good advice - I think what most people are saying is, patience is wearing thin and they'll be watching JFH's strategy and tactics like hawks in the coming games. More of the same in the next 3 or 4, we could be nailed to the base of the table and there'll be a clamour for change

A couple of things need nipping in the bud.

First, Sandro does not really want to play for us. So stop clamoring for his return to the starting 11. After his record with the club, how anyone can want him in the team is baffling. He's taken us to the cleaners and given us sod all in return.

Secondly, Tuesday night underlined the importance of both Polter and Luongo to our team. I expect us to improve with them back in the team.

Sandro was MOM and scored 2 goals last time he played for us and when he has actually played for us he's been average to good. His injury problems are well known, but when JFH took some minutes to say at the Fans Forum last week that he was fit, sharp and that he had no problems with him at all now, why doesn't he play him, while we have him? A player who near his best ought to be a shoe in, in our team. We need points, to argue a less capable player should be played rather than Sandro because he is one for the future is bollux imo, and I suspect too there are financial reasons behind his non selection.

I think JFH was concerned with making the right noises at the Fans Forum.

The facts are that Sandro was seeking a move away all Summer. I don't believe for a single second he's had a change of heart and is suddenly Rangers through and through.

Got to disagree about his performances overall with the club, he's not exactly set the world alight, especially with the fee we paid. I remember his performance at home to Everton and he was an absolute disgrace. Possibly a 0 out of 10.

Even by QPR's standards it would be spectacularly dumb to sack a manager with ten points from the opening seven games who has just had a transfer window to put his own squad together.
