How come the sound doesn't match the video for anything that I play now? It only started in the last couple of episodes of Narcos but now every video I play or even downloaded films the sound and video is out of sync. When I am watching live TV on the internet it is fine though. Thanks in advance for all your help guise

Turn it off and then turn it on again.

Failing that take three packets of paracetamol and wash all the pills inside down with a bottle of vodka. That should sort your problem out.
