... it was an attempt at a sincere apology for you ..looks like it has failed ... but as a consumate wordsmith, it really didn't take any time ... and I'd go out on a limb to say that the only person that might ever have been in awe of you ... is you <laugh>. ... I've ripped you so many new holes on here that I'm surprised the Pope hasn't canonized you with Mother Teresa ... but then, Saint Dildo of Blaggins is probably pushing the boundaries just a tad too far <laugh>

I can see that fosse, akcj and ginge amongst others are giving HIAG a good rinsing.

Can I take if from this that he still hasn't changed his avatar ?

HIAG tried to use the excuse that because nasty PISKIE had teased him about losing the bet, it somehow gave him a get out clause for not going through with it <laugh>

This falls down cause most of us are not anti Leicester. We didn't join the Leicester love in last season because we were the ones chasing you. If Hull are leading and you are second this year, most neutrals will be cheering Hull on. You, surely, wouldn't be in those circumstances. As soon as it was over, most of us were pleased for you. I certainly don't begrudge you your moment in the sun.

Does anyone believe you have really got him on ignore? All this piecing together what HIAG might have said based on replies. Nah, don't buy it.

I've tried in most post to stress that it is certain posters, obviously not yourself.

I would be exactly as you suggest, at the time you want your team to win and as Spurlock has pointed out, you were cast as pantomime villains. In that scenario though my thought would be at least it was Hull not the usual suspects, just having a different winner is great. If we hadn't been up there I'd have much rather Spurs win than the usual big boys. Obviously some people have tainted my opinion of Spurs. I certainly would have let it go months later though

Well unless there is another person who bottled an avatar bet and keeps getting pulled up my multiple posters about it, then it's not really that difficult to work out who they are taking about.
