... i never sought fame and mod status ... I was headhunted ... recommended to Mick (site owner) by posters from opposing team boards no less to help strike a balance with the "young guns" that we had as mods who were causing some friction on those opposing boards ...
Reluctantly at first I took on the role but, as is my nature, soon embraced the challenges involved and brought peace, serenity, harmony and sherry trifle to the warring boards...
Whilst I, myself, am very modest, others have remarked on the correlation between my taking on the role and Leicester City's meteoric rise to English Premier League Champions (for those still with their heads jammed up their Big 4 arses - or otherwise alien to that titular concept @Skylarker ) ...
I remain a humble servant of the New (King) Power and whilst flattered by the attention (and the nomination by my No1 Fan, BFF, BiTcH, @Skylarker , don't think I could stretch myself to the additional responsibility of administering the Darby & Joan brigade on this board ...
