"I'm not obsessed, I've actually made two other comments out of 2000 that aren't about him"

You've really showed me up here, mate
Yes I did and I never counted the others because I thought I'd go easy on you. We have enough with one whinging **** on here without you being a bigger one although that's not technically possible.

Just back from a swim. I'm training to take my RNLI lifeguard exam, for a surf instructor role with a friend's charity working with war veterans. The swim test is 400m in less than 7.5 mins. So that's 16 lengths of an Olympic pool roughly 30 seconds per length. I can do it in the pool. In the sea is a completely different matter though, when you are swimming in a swell, with a wetsuit on and exposed to the elements.

Why are you swimming in a wetsuit?

Ask @saints

Not that I can imagine you will have actually forgotten.

I asked you and not that excuse for an abortion that mascarades as a human being. This has the usual whiff of bullshit, ask a question get a deflective answer but never what was asked. Another wum **** up for the list, keep walking into them Welch.

Are you going to use deflective crap as usual without stating the unfulfilled wagers or what Welch?

Your first post in hours and it's directed at me!
<doh>

Well, at least it's only one post, eh, Skiddy... Hang on! what are all these....?????

Just back from a cycle out on the cliff paths and moors

I'm sneakily starting a new book in work.

The Cartel.

Anyone know of it or the author? Just finished the book that this one follows up, The Way of The Dog and it was ****ing brilliant.

Just looked at the synopsis and reviews on Amazon. Looks good! I might have to try that!...

I'm reading a book entitled The Flickermen.

If you like intelligent, super-string-theory-based sci-fi, you'll love this book.

Ragley Marley. I picked it up a couple of weeks ago from my local trail centre, it was an ex demo bike so I got a really good price on it. It's a big upgrade on my last bike.

It's a pretty technical ride out on the cliff paths, lots of rocks, drops, loose stones etc. And this bike takes it all on with ease :)

Don't know anything about that. I've just finished re-reading Ernest Hemingway's short stories The first forty nine. I'm a big fan of American literature / beat writers. I was heavily into William Burroughs a few years ago and Kerouac's On the Road is still my favourite book ever. It has been my inspiration for a lot of travel in the US over the years.

Catch 22. My favourite book of all time! I must have read it 7-8 times and still laugh out loud every time!...

Heller was a genius!...
