Which wagers would those be welcher?

I'm not sure that Pixie will want his old bottlings and welchings to be so glibly exposed, but if you were to insist, Skiddy, I am sure that saintsfan08 will gratefully oblige.

Pixie won't thank you for it, though, I am sure.

Ask @saints

Not that I can imagine you will have actually forgotten.

I've never made any bet with Saintsfan. Like you he's talking out of his hoop.
It won't stop you and Saintsfan08 holding hands and skipping merrily together into this **** up together though
:)

Wow! What a surprise! Pixie denies bottle-gate antics! The lads never saw that one coming, eh, lads!

Just back from a swim. I'm training to take my RNLI lifeguard exam, for a surf instructor role with a friend's charity working with war veterans. The swim test is 400m in less than 7.5 mins. So that's 16 lengths of an Olympic pool roughly 30 seconds per length. I can do it in the pool. In the sea is a completely different matter though, when you are swimming in a swell, with a wetsuit on and exposed to the elements.

I haven't made any bets with Saintsfan, feel free to prove you're not talking out of your ring piece by proving otherwise.
Although I suspect you'll continue to **** it up and make an arse of yourself, seeing as it's what you do on here on the daily <ok>

Sounds impressive, but I used to do this thing at school, when I was 9 ffs!

I'm sure that @Saintsfan08 has the proof.

It wasn't me with whom you bottled those many bets, so I don't know why you're getting your Speedos in a twist, Pixie!

Put me on "ignore" if you find yourself getting rattled by my truthful words, Pixie.

My speedos are fine thanks. Saintsfan has set you up for another **** up :)

I doubt it.

It's not as if that is the first time you have bottled a challenge. You've been bottling mine for at least the past 5 years. I'm sure there are others, too, that the lads will be able to think of, if they can be arsed to put their minds to the task.

Fine, show me the proof.

Good luck Piskie. Hope you get there. It's ONLY twice as long as the world record so no problem eh!:emoticon-0100-smile. I might make it you move the decimal point one place to the right Good charity too.

What part of "Saintsfan08 has the proof" did you fail to grasp, Flipper?

He hasn't got any proof. You're claiming it's true though, so it's now incumbent on you to prove that you're not talking out of your ring piece.

<laugh> That decimal is 'floating' (pun intended). Not sure what the world record is for 25m swim, but 30 seconds is very achievable. I think there's a 7.5min and 10min standard for the test, but I think coaching requires 400m in 7.5 mins or less. I used to swim for my school and borough when I was a teenager, but I was always better over short distances. 16 lengths at that pace is knackering, especially now I'm in my 40's

The charity is called Surf Action. A mate of mine set it up a few years ago (he is a Gulf war veteran, suffering from PTSD) Surfing has saved his life many times ... He based the charity on a similar one in California. I've done some informal coaching with them before, but I'd like to make sure I've got my qualifications in place, so that I can officially register as a surf coach.
