youve done alot of rebuilding following the end of last season and lost some of the core members of your team from last year. your boss has worked hard so far to bring in the best quality he can and to be fair to him i think he has been pretty shrewd and made some good signings so far. however do you think there will be more?? last season you took great advangtage of the loan system and i think to add that little bit of extra quality to your team malky needs to look at doing this again, Bellamy has of course been linked again and the prem teams will have to name their 25 man squads meaning alot of players will be left in limbo this season. What kind of signings do you think he should look to make?? I think you should be trying to loan a centre back, poss a left back and a few more midfielders to improve the squad, possibly a keeper should a good one become available, forster from newcastle maybe
Appreciate the thread but would have to totally disagree with you there with the above quote, that is one of the main reasons we failed promotion due to the lack of passion and willingness to play for this club and wear the Cardiff City shirt. One or two loans, yeah fair enough, but you can see Malky is building a team of players that belong to this club and that hopefully gel and help us get out of this division in the next few seasons.
I know you mean well, but why does a Man U fan care? just taking an interest fella, i like cardiff as a club and theyve worked hard to get where they are with alot hanging over the club in recent years so want to see them take that next step and get up into the prem, plus i work in cardiff so if you got promoted when we beat you in the league id have some bragging rights

Cheers Spatcho I recall you taking an interest in us before and asking some sensible questions not like the usual WUM's from within a 40 mile radius. While being a bit prickly (it's called having a WUMDAR) I think the other guys have given you the general view. While any team has room for a player who will genuinely improve the squad, there are, at our level, financial limitations and you can only have so many players in a squad you can keep happy - particularly with the Football League going down to a max 5 subs this season. Malky has said he wants another 1 or 2 to complete the squad and we all hope one of those shirts is reserved for Craig Bellamy who will give us that extra bit of spark and quality. Whether or not we succeed in getting him again will depend on very high level negotiations and who has the strongest will power, Bellers or Moneybags City. As fans we think we could use another good wide man (Bellers could do the trick) and left back. Maybe an extra bit of muscle in midfield although Kiss looks very good if untried so far and I like the look of Gunnarsson. We have 2 average keepers, good as shot stoppers - if they could be coached into taking crosses and controlling their box then they would improve to good overall. Question for other City fans - anyone know what has happened with Craig ***an? I know we weren't generally in favour but he played in a couple of friendlies in the last week. Wiki says he is on loan at Palace.
