    I guess it is possible that he's homesick and it was felt that a temporary move might give him match experience as well as being closer to family....or am I clutching at straws?

    Reported Naismith to Sunderland for £4m! It seems that we were happy to sell a player for half of what we paid for him a few months ago. Seems very bad business but also suggests that we wanted shot of him

    People on twitter keep saying Maddison isn't quite ready for the Championship, but when will he ever be ready if we don't give him a go? from what we seen he looks more than ready. He must be regretting turning down Spurs and Liverpool to join us...
