Can't be arsed to get into pedantic type arguments, your right it did not say the deal is done apart from FA approval. It did say on the 9th June the deal could be completed next week, who knows maybe the Americans had already been to see the FA. There was a degree of certainty about the talks with the Americans which could been seen as being equally as certain as the talks with the Chinese are.
The Chinese saw the FA around a week ago and it all points to no final word from them until after the window shuts.

This isn't me pedantic the American deal got nowhere near this point and as such there was nowhere near the weight of evidence to back it up. It's gone past the point where the Allams can pull the plug only the FA can screw this up now.

So I'm sorry but my original reply to you was totally 100% correct.

Mines 10x8 and my sheds pretty big too

I'm throwing this out there but I'm thinking of getting a summer house!! Thoughts?

There was a shed on BBC breakfast this morning that has a top speed of 80 miles an hour, now that would be better than a summer house, as you could follow the sun in it.

I think your wrong. The Allams can stop selling what they own at any time until the contract is signed. I can't see the FA insisting the sale goes ahead if the Allams say no deal.

The weight of evidence line gave me a chuckle too, some in the know posters, and some suggestions of what could happen in the Hull Daily Mail. That applies to both the American and Chinese buyers. When negotiations were announced with the Chinese the Allams also said there was another potential buyer ( a third party ) will they come to throw a spanner in the works?

No that's what pre contracts are for. The deal is DONE apart from the FA decision.

What the hell are you on about? The weight of evidence I'm talking about its the fact that all debts (Or clearing up of details on debts) have been done. None of those things were done when the American rumours were around so getting back to your original point then no you haven heard it before just as I said you hadn't.
