Kane Hemmings, English striker we've had on our books for a few years. Supposed to be a good wee player. Hopefully he gets his chance. I thought Ness had an injury, Wylde has got some game time but not sure about Hutton either.
On the bench. Experience is good but I think these 3 lads done pretty well last season so why not give the likes of Hemmings a run out. I'm sure he was put on because of his pace, something Healy does not have in abundance anymore.
how do you get experience tho if you never play in important games? i have never heard of him or seen him play but if he was doing the business pre season then he deserves a chance
You put them on with 15 minutes to go when you're comfortably ahead in games. Or play them in early Scottish and League Cup games against lower division teams. You don't throw them into critical CL qualifier games.
Hemmings is taller and quicker than Healy. Doesn't have as much experience but I was glad the wee lad came on instead of Healy.
At half time I would have put Broadfoot on for Edu. 60 minutes in Wylde for Ortiz to give the team an outball. Give Wylde the ball, tell him to hit it to the corner and chase it, lets the whole team move up as a unit Simple ****ing stuff. If they chuck Hemmings on before Healy, why give Healy a new deal? What the **** is the deal with Kerkar as well?
I'm amazed Kyle hutton hasn't got more game time. He's looked a fair player every time I've seen him for the youths, and outshone pretty much everyone else.
IMO Hutton lacks a bit of conviction in the midfield. Ness looked quality when he got his chance last season, sadly it looks though he's made of crackers. It was on the radio last night that Ness and Hutton had injuries over the close season and Wylde was not playing because he isn't signing a new contract or something.
I think the same. Hutton has always looked quite awkward and clumsy in possession, but Ness looks like he has the makings of a great player for us. Fingers crossed his injuries are not too serious and he can overcome then as he gets used to being part of the first team. I'm in no way comparing him to Messi, but when he was starting out he had a lot of problems with injuries and conditioning to the extent he couldn't play 2 games in a row. He was given specialised training and overcame it, so hopefully with a bit of targeted training Ness can do similar.
