I got Catfished when I was 17, this was before Internet dating/social media was a thing. A girl added me on MSN, she knew people from my school etc. so sounded believable. When she sent me photos, it was actually photos of her fit cousin who lived 200 miles away. Didn't last long till I found out it was actually a 15 year old goth girl who was a sister of a girl I knew at school. She told her friends that we were dating and it obviously got back to me....highly embarrassing. Glad it happened though, never made that mistake again. Since then I've let real women **** my life up.

But this girl was properly goth and ugly. Think by just talking to me made her feel good. That's why a lot of these catfish do what they do. They're living a lie, Similar threads
