I personally couldn't care less about having a bigger stadium.
I would rather have a full 25k stadium with zero plastics.
By plastics are you including the many HC fans that listen every week on the radio, or watch out for our results every week, but only go, for what ever reason, to actual games a couple of times per season? or are you just saying that ordinary people who live in Hull and like to see a good football match once in a while would not be welcome? I really dont get all this crap about plastics, they are just people like you and me?
Not quite sure you know what your talking about. The irony of people staying away from the KCOM, calling people attending games "plastics".
If rather decrease our capacity and introduce some sort of support scheme, where those who support the team get priority, and those who like to be entertained, moan, slag off players, and tell everyone what the players/manager should be doing stay as far away from a ticket as possible.
Well, if dad is a Man U fan, as long as he got an away seat, that's fine.
If he's a City fan, the dad should've told him to **** off.![]()
Some fans are so consumed by their loyalty to the club they fail to see it's also showbiz and some come for the ride.
We won't grow as a club without plastics. And a local kid who wants to see manure may become a local kid who wants to go again the week after.
I want as many paying customers as we can get as much as we can get. Current ownership bollocks aside. Think big and get big.
Well two bloke's I work with both man u fans have got ten tickets between them for north stand all ten are for hull red devil's on tour that's what they call themselves. They hire a mini bus and go to as many games as they can get tickets for they have been looking forward to playing us since Wembley and on fixture day all they was looking for was when they played us. When I asked why us they said we will all get a ticket sat next to each other plus we will hammer you and a cheap day out they normally do over a ton a game even home games for them is expensive. One of the bloke's is a right cocky **** tho makes out he's always supported united until last Xmas he got one of his mates in for two weeks and his mate let out he use to support Leeds in the late seventies haha still gets pulled up every time he goes on one.
Last spell in the PL they beat us 3-2 from 2-0 down, and the other they drew 0-0. Not really evidence they'll hammer us at the KCOM.Well two bloke's I work with both man u fans have got ten tickets between them for north stand all ten are for hull red devil's on tour that's what they call themselves. Rooney loves it against us, if you want a free betting tip back him to score at least two, players don't forget and he will be licking his lips already thinking about next week. Man U look excellent so far, unfortunately I have gloryseeking close relatives and one of them actually works at Old Trafford so get to hear all about it whether I want to or not, I think if we got a draw against them it would be an incredible result but fancy them to score at least a couple.Last spell in the PL they beat us 3-2 from 2-0 down, and the other they drew 0-0. I would guess that some people on here that complain about "plastics" are the same people who historically would also complain that we had low crowds when we were being successful (boothferry park days etc)
Admittedly, the situation is different now in that low crowds are directly blamed on the Allan's (correctly of course).
Every football fan starts out as a plastic. Many drift in and out of supporting clubs, others get sucked in and become more passionate.
