When Assem Allam was in dispute with the Royal Bank of Scotland he mentioned that the Council lost control over who owns the KC stadium. If I remember correctly he said something along the lines of:

the ownership of the SMC remains with the holding company created by Bartlett so there's no need for the Council to give their consent. The Council has no say in who owns the shares in the SMC's holding company.

"By agreeing to this change, the council have lost control over any future transfer of ownership of SMC as any buyer can purchase the holding company." - Assem Allam

200 pages in and we may finally be seeing some light at the end of the Allam tunnel.

Thank God!

They've obviously done some good things, well the old man has at least, but unfortunately their vindictiveness and spite is more than likely the main thing that they'll be remembered for. What a legacy.

Let's hope it isn't a high speed train coming towards us!

Some will be chuffed to bits, others will want it to come to a halt.

Any truth in the rumour we've got a behind closed doors friendly against Glasgow Deltic arranged?
