Ref's not penalising holding in every match I've watched..all the 'istans punch four times then bear hug for 3 rounds....awful

Like our long jump at school...crap equipment...expected us to do it properly with a mat about 3inches thick...like hitting the pavement lol...so stopped trying to be good for self preservation....
