Accroding to the Sun yesterday and the Mail today- aswell as BBC we're getting shot of a few players so we can clear the decks to get Adam Johnson on loan. What a coup that would be. Hope its true because it was obvious to me last night at Hartlepool that Elmo on the right at Larsson on the left was far too unbalanced. Larsson on the right and JOhnson on the left....Now that would be interesting.
Please let`s not make Johnson the next N`Zog - would be delighted though if he came - can`t say I expect him to though after the stuff he was saying about the praise from Mancini - that said it may well depend on who Citeh bring in
Yeah, cant actually see it happening but you never know. Depends what the lad wants on the run up to Euro 2012 (assuming we qualify). If he wants to play all season then yeah come to us but if he is happy playing with quality players in Champions League and making 1 appearence here and 1 there then thats his choice. He should look at Milner though who has definately deteriated as a player ever since he left Villa because he has not been playing regularly.

I would absolutely love to have Johnson hear but I'm not interested in whatever stories are flying about because I honestly believe there is absolutely no chance of us getting him. I refuse to be put through the mental torture of the "will he...won't he" stories, the supposed ITK's, the Seaham Hall sightings etc etc etc only to be left bitterly disappointed. Let's stop worrying about who we should be signing and get right behind the lads we already have. The big kick off is just around the corner! So let B&Q do there thing and I'm sure we'll see a couple of more faces in by the end of the month!
