I didn't see it, but apparently Hales was sure it hadn't carried. Ground first.

63 - 1

Was 50/50. Only had 1 angle to see it, was hit so quick cameras didn't really get it properly and couldn't tel f it was out or not. Umpires thought it was out originally so 3rd umpire stayed with their decision as not enough to overturn.

I thought it was down anyway. aghast there was no decent angle. very poor.

vince looks toast here no? he's just shown nothing to suggest he's going to play v any pace. he's shown a couple brief i can play spin moments.

After Cook and Root, Bairstow and Ali are Englands best (on current form) batsmen, need to get one if not both of these!

this is funny... england playing like its one day.

as i say all through... no real patience in england.. pushing run rate along at 4.2?

england might get oh i dunno 170/180 here and be all out. these two don't look like they are going to last very long.

ali is just plain lucky at this point. should be goe twice already.

hales is unlucky but needs a nice dull ball to get going. vince is just no good. ballance was just pushed round here and easy to get out.

we miss stokes badly and buttler would be interesting.
