As UTRs and Kiwi have failed to deliver on their promise/threat to do this, here it is.

Queens Park Rangers are playing Swindon Town at Loftus Road this evening in the League Cup. Expect some changes to Sunday's starting line up. According to the BBC sports app this competition is less important that the Scottish League Cup, which actually features on their home page.

I have nothing of interest or relevance to add, feel free to contribute.

Not sure where cup competitions rank in Hasslefloyd Jimmy Banks list of priorities, but wouldn't be nice to have a cup run
He has been mithering on about having to play 8 games in 34 days if we win tonight.

Hey Jimmy, if you don't want to play as many games, get promoted.

I've long since been confused over Cup competitions these days

Is it a 'must be a winner' thing or are there replay's?

I'd say we need to treat tonight like our cup final but, given that a final is the last match played in a competition, we've been doing that for years.

Since JFH's mantra is about fitness, I'd think, in my ignorance, that a match is as good a way of getting/staying fit as anything else?
